Summary of the Job:
The floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment are the responsibilities of the Floor Technician.
Important Functions:
Maintains knowledge of the fundamentals of hard-surface floor maintenance and follows proper cleaning procedures for hard floors, such as stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Use automated equipment to clean a large area of floor surface. Follow proper cleaning procedures for carpet and upholstery, such as shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming, among other things.
