Starting on May 8, 2023, you can join our call center team and help customers with Ignite products and services.

Who we're searching for:

Technical Support Consultants embrace the most recent content and technology as an integral part of who they are. We're looking for people who are excited about our products and services and want to help our customers the best they can by sharing their knowledge and experience.

How you'll act:

Through careful and logical processes, connect with customers over the phone to solve their technical issues. Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively to maximize call efficiency, achieve high first-call resolution rates, and meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide ongoing training and certifications for new Rogers products and services, educate customers on their existing products, and suggest value-added services. Solve customer problems and take responsibility for technical issues by actively listening and asking the right questions.
