How you act:
Preparing the food for the tasting and inviting customers from the stores to participate in blind tastings Always ensure that safe and legal procedures are followed.conducting untrained customer panels on a variety of products as part of a team, either in a store or on the move. Working methodically to follow methods and routines and use the appropriate tools to handle, prepare, and cook both raw and cooked products for presentation to customers. Working to achieve team targets and deliver department workload by contributing equally and supporting colleagues. Recording and presenting data accurately on databases and spreadsheets. Attending planned training days and achieving the required pass score to ensure skills and knowledge are maintained. Checking company branded products against specification for visual, intrinsic, and sensory quality tests. Supporting the Quality Team by conducting other ad hoc customer testing.
