The store's customer service specialist is the Full-Time Store Associate. By listening to what customers want, finding products that meet their needs, and providing in-depth information about our products, they are accountable for exceeding customer expectations.

Principal Obligations:
- In order to uphold and reflect UNIQLO's values, mission, and vision, you should provide excellent and courteous customer service.
- Exceed expectations in sales. Keep up your knowledge of the company's products, brand, and any current store promotions or advertisements.
- Maintain store cleanliness while monitoring and replenishing floor stock.
- Grasp, regard and follow the organization's overarching set of principles.
- Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) System to handle a variety of payment transactions.
- Maintain fitting rooms to store standards and offer assistance to customers whenever they require it.
